We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Money Orders. We will ship out your order upon receipt of Money Order. Credit Card transactions will be processed upon shipment.
Shipping
We ship by UPS, FedEx ground, or common carrier. You will see an estimated arrival date when you place an item in your shopping cart. Please allow extra time for delivery of larger items. Some of our heavy items have additional shipping charges. These are identified with an extra shipping charge

Returns and Exchanges
Return of Merchandise Authorization Policy (RMA):
We want you to feel completely comfortable when you order products from Marcel Home Decor.com All returns must be authorized by our staff; items will not be accepted without a RMA number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) up to 14 days after the date of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Please follow these easy instructions:

You will be provided with a RMA number by our staff, this number must be marked boldly on the outer carton returned. Please allow us 5 business days to respond to RMA and order status request.
Items must be packed securely in the original packaging unless otherwise noted. Use enclosed return label when using U.S. Postal Service. Please note that any item received damaged or in used condition will not be credited.
Please note that we will not accept COD deliveries. All Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer, this includes returns and exchanges. Outside-In retail store is located in Fort Myers Florida if you are near by, you may avoid the shipping cost by returning merchandise in person with the original receipt only.
Breakage/Damage:
All items have been carefully inspected prior to being shipped and will leave our store in perfect condition (please keep in mind that some of our pottery and metal items are designed to have a rustic and distressed finish that adds to the style of the product). Any breakage in shipping must be reported to FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 within 5 days. All original packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available to process claim.
Refund Process:
We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse; however transit time can add an 8 - 12 day delay when you ship your package to the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make your original purchase.
